Father, son duo booked for assaulting shop keeper  

NAKODAR 22 AUGUST 

 The Nakodar Sadar police have booked a father, son duo on the charge of assaulting a shop keeper

Investigating officer (IO) Buta Ram said that the accused have been identified as

Jagjit Singh alias Jaggi a resident of Chuharr village, and his son Gaurav.

Manjit Singh a resident of Khan Pur Dhadda village, complained to the police that the accused barged into his shop at Uggi village and assaulted him.

IO said a case under sections115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt) 332(3) (lurking house trespass) and 3(5) (committing crime with common intention)  of the BNS  has been registered against the accused.
