Four booked for kidnapping, concealing 7 years old boyl

The Shahkot police have booked four miscreants on charges of kidnapping and concealing a 7-year-old boy.

Investigating Officer (IO) Parjindar Kaur said that the accused have been identified as Satvindar Singh son of Jagtar Singh a resident of Jagtar Chand a resident of Mandiala village in Feroze Pur and his brother Harjindar Kumar, Sanjiv Kamboj son of Hukam Chand a resident of Golu Ka Morr village Feroze Pur and Balwindar Kumar son of Baldev Raj a resident of Chandi Garh .

Push Pindar Kaur daughter of Balveer Singh a resident of Aidal Pur village complained to the police that the accused kidnapped her son Jujhveer Singh (7.5 yeas) on August 19 from Bajwa Kalan village in a vehicle (CH-01-CN-8546) and fled away.

 IO said a case under sections 137(1)(B) (kidnapping from lawful guardians )61(2) (criminal conspiracy)138 (abduction) and 142 (wrongfully cancelling kidnapped persons) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
