Unidentified booked for causing death by negligence

NAKODAR 13 AUGUST 

 The Mehat Pur police have booked an unidentified driver on charges of causing death by negligence.

Raju a resident of Anga Kirri village, complained to the police that an unidentified driver was driving his vehicle fast and negligently and hit his brother-in-law Gullu(26), living in UP, and killed him.

  Investigating Officer Davindar Singh said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 125(A) (causing grievous hurt), and 324(mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused.
