Youth   die after consuming expired medicine.

SHAHKOT 28 JULY 

A youth died after consuming expired medicine.

Investigating officer (IO) Amandeep Singh, said that the deceased has been identified as Lovpreet Singh son of Jaswant Singh a resident of Burre Wal village.

Jaswant Singh told the police that his son had consumed an expired medicine by mistake and died.

IO said the police, acting under section 194 of the BNSS, handed over the body to the family after post-mortem.
