Two Nakodar residents booked for attempt to commit culpable homicide

NAKODAR 25 JULY 

The Nakodar city police have booked two Nakodar residents on the charge of attempt to commit culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Investigating officer (IO)Rajindar Pal Singh said that the accused have been identified as Honey Kundi son of Sham Lal a resident of Nakodar and his brother Bablu Kundi .

Nitish Sharma a resident of Malrri village, complained to the police that the accused and their many unidentified accomplices waylaid him on July24 evening and attacked him with weapons and injured and threatened him with dire consequences

IO said a case under sections 110(attempt to commit culpable homicide not amounting to murder) 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt), 126(wrongful restraint), 351(2) (criminal intimidation) and 191,190 (rioting, unlawful assembly) has been registered against the accused and their unidentified accomplices.
