Four booked for kidnapping man from civil hospital

NAKODAR 24 JULY 

The Nakodar City police have booked four persons on charges of kidnapping a man from civil hospital and confining him

Investigating Officer (IO) Davindar Singh said that the accused have been identified as Liakat Ali son of Meekha a resident of Nangal Saprorr village in Kapurthala and his three unidentified accomplices.

Mohamad Bakash a resident of Bundala village under Nurmahal police station complained to the police that the accused kidnapped his son Imam Hussain from Nakodar civil hospital on July 23 early morning and confined him.

IO said a case under 140(3) (kidnapping with intent secretly and wrongfully to confine person ) and 3(5)(committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused and his three unidentified accomplices.
