Unidentified vehicle driver booked for causing death by negligence.

NAKODAR 11 JULY

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked an unidentified vehicle driver on charges of causing death by negligence.

Sarwann a native of Bihar State and presently living in Uggi grain market complained to the police that his father Pardesi Bind, (39) mother Lakhshami Devi and sister Pinki Kumari were going to Khiva village for working in the fields on a vend when an unidentified vehicle driver who was running fast and negligently hit their vend near Talwandi Salem village and killed his father and seriously injured mother and sister.

Investigating Officer (IO) Buta Ram said

said that a case under sections 106(causing death by negligence) 281(rash driving on the public highway) , 125(A) (causing grievous hurt by endangering life or personal safety of others) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against unidentified accused.
