Tata Ace driver arrested for rash driving.

NAKODAR 8 JULY 

 The Mehat Pur police have arrested a Tata Ace driver on charges of rash driving.

Investigating Officer (IO) Janak Rak said that the accused has been identified as Tarsem Singh son of Ajaib Singh a resident of Bhangwan village under Lohian Khas police station

Jaspal Chand, a resident of Udho Wal village, has complained to the police that the accused was driving fast and negligently in his Tata Ace vehicle on June 27 and hit his motorcycle and injured him seriously and his wife, son and daughter, and a relative

IO said that a case under sections 281(rash driving on the public highway) , 125(A),125-B (causing grievous hurt by endangering life or personal safety of others) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS was registered against the accused.
