The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on charges of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO) Paramjit Singh said that 19 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as
Rannjit Singh alias Laadi son of Sucha Singh a resident of Uggi village
IO said that a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
The Nakodar City police arrested drug peddler Raj Kumar alias Raja son of Bant a resident of Mohalla Kamal Pura with 23 intoxicant tablets said IO Rup Singh .
The Shahkot police arrested drug peddler Indarjit Singh son of Karamjit Singh of Mannak Pur village with 25 intoxicant tablets said IO Parjindar Kaur
The Bilga police arrested drug peddler Nanako Bai wife of Gurdeep Singh of Meonwal village, Sukha Singh son of Balwant Singh and Kuldeep Singh son of Surjit Singh of the same village with 52 intoxicant tablets said IO Charanjit Singh.
