The Mehat Pur police have booked three villagers on the charge of assaulting a villager.

IO said a case under sections 126 (wrongful restraint), 115(2) 117(2) (voluntarily causing gracious hurt) 351(2,3) (criminal conspiracy) and 3(5) (committing crime with common) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
