Three villagers booked for criminal trespass

NAKODAR 20 JUNE 

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked three villagers on charges of criminal trespass and committing crime with common intention.

Investigating officer (IO) Paramjit Singh said that the accused have been identified as Sukhjiwan Singh and his brother Rannjit Singh residents of Bajuha Khurd village and Kalamprret Singh a resident of Dosanjh Khurd village under Goraya village.

Gurjit Singh a resident of Mudh village complained to the police that the accused ploughed his 2 acres millet crop cultivated on rent basis

IO said that a case under sections 329(3) (criminal trespass) 351(2) (criminal intimidation) 62(attempting to commit offences punishable with life imprisonment )324(3) (mischief)and 3(5) ( committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
