Migrant motor cyclist booked for death by negligence

NURMAHAL 16 JUNE 

The Bilga police have booked a migrant motor cyclist on the charge of causing death by negligence.

Investigating officer (IO)Jaswinder Singh said that the accused has been identified as Shiv Shankar a native of Bihar State and living at Nagra village

Harpal Chand a resident of Begam Pura village complained   to the police that the accused was driving his two-wheeler very negligently and fast and hit his brother Ravidar Kamar’s   motorcycle and killed him on the spot.

IO said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence) ,281(rash driving on public road)125 A, B (act endangering life or personal safety of others) and 324 (mischief) of the BNS   has been registered against the accused.
