Three of family booked for assaulting co-villager

The Nakodar City police have booked three of family  on the charge of assaulting c0-villager.

Investigating Officer (IO) Rup Singh said that the accused have been identified as Manni son of Kimti Lal a resident of Malarri village and his two brothers, Sunni and Mandeep.

Jaspal a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused assaulted him on April 30 and seriously injured and threatened him with dire consequences.

IO said a case under sections 115(2) ,117(2)(voluntarily causing grievous hurt ) 351(4)(criminal intimidation) and 3(5)(committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused
