Unidentified driver booked for causing death by negligence

NAKODAR 9 JUNE

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked an unidentified vehicle driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.

Bogi Lal Mukhia a native of Bihar State and living at Kang Sahibu village complained to the police that and unidentified vehicle driver was driving fast and negligently and hit his colleague Mangal Mukhia a native of Bihar    resulting in his death

Investigating Officer Sukhwindar Singh said that a case under sections 106- (causing death by negligence), 281 (rash driving on public roads) and 125-A,125-B (act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the BNS has registered against unidentified accused.
