Four Nakodar miscreants arrested for snatching Rs 20,000

The Nakodar City police have arrested four miscreants on the charge of snatching Rs 20,000 cash.

Investigating Officer (IO) Jagtar Singh said the accused have been identified as Akash Gill son of Sham a resident of Mohalla Minaran Nakodar, Amrit Pal son of Sat Nam a resident of Pati Pure Wal Shankar village, Gagan Deep son of Amarjit of Pati Taklhar Shankar village and Gurpreet son of Paramjit a resident of Chack Muglanni village

Sonu a resident of Mohalla Guru Nanak Pura Nakodar had complained to the police that the accused waylaid him on May 15 near Kapurthala chowk    attacked him and snatched Rs 20,000

IO said a case under sections 309(4) (robbery), and 3(5) (committing crime with common intention) of the BNS was registered against the accused.
