Three of family booked for dowry harassment

The Nakodar Sadar police have charged
Harpreet a resident of Raja Pur village in Kapurthala, his father
Satnam Singh, mother Kulwindar Kaur with harassing his wife Ramdeep Kaur Barra Sidh Pur village under Nakodar police station

She had complained to the
SSP that she was being tortured for dowry since her marriage.
Investigating Officer and in charge Women Cell Nakodar Inspector Seema said a case under section
498-A (torturing woman for dowry) has been
registered against the accused.
