 Mehat Pur village manufacturer arrested

NAKODAR 16 MAY 
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a manufacturer of illegally modified motorcycle-driven “jugaar reharris” operating on roads in the region for violating government orders.

Investigating Officer (IO) Amril Lal said the accused has been identified Satnam Singh alias Sati son of Balwant Singh a resident of Harti Pur village

IO said that the accused was manufacturing of illegally modified motorcycle-driven “jugaar reharris” and was selling these and violating orders of Punjab Transport Department and Special Director General of Police Traffic Road Safety Punjab which have banned manufacturing of these   vehicles.

IO said a case under sections 223-B (disobedience to an order duly promulgated by a public servant) of the BNS was registered against the accused.
