Villager arrested for selling illicit
NAKODAR 2 MAY
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a villager on charge of selling illicit liquor.
Investigating Officer (IO) Harkirat Singh said that 25 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Balwindar Singh, a resident of Vehran village.
IO said a case has been registered against the accused under sections 61/1.14 of the Punjab Excise Act.
