Two villagers booked for stealing cash from house

NAKODAR  18 APRIL 

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked two villagers on charges of stealing cash from a house.

Investigating Officer (IO) Tirath Ram said the accused have been identified as Manish Kararra son of Lachhmann Dass and Pankaj Kumar son of Ram Lubhaya residents of Sidham Station Wale village

Paramjit Singh, a resident of the same village, complained to the police that the accused barged into his house on April 5 night and stole Rs 55,000.

Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 331(4) (lurking house trespass) and 305(theft in dwelling house) and 3(5) (committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
