Unidentified booked for causing death by negligence.

SHAHKOT   9 APRIL 

The Shahkot police have booked unidentified vehicle driver on charges of causing death by negligence and rash driving.

Jagtar Khan , a resident of Daulat Pur Dhadda  village, complained to the police that unidentified accused was driving his vehicle fast and negligently on April 6 evening   and hit a motorcycle (PB08-CC-2330) driven by a Bihar native Papu Kumar who died on the spot

Investigating Officer Jagtar Singh said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on a public road) 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against unidentified accused.
