NAKODAR 31 MARCH
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a bus driver on charge of causing death by
Investigating officer (IO) Kashmir Singh said that the accused has been identified as Som Nath son of Banarasi Dass a resident of Mohalla Rehman Pura Nakodar.
Usman a native of UP state, complained to the police that the accused was driving his bus (PB-08-CX-6455) fast and negligently and hit Farjan native of UP and killed him.
Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on a public road) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
