Drug peddler arrested under NDPS Act

SHAHKOT 19 MARCH 

The Shahkot police have arrested a drug peddler on charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

Investigating Officer (IO) Jagtar Singh said that 20 intoxicant tablets(loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Buta son of Guljari a resident of Rishi Nagar Shahkot

IO   stated that a case under sections 22/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
