Villager booked for assaulting co-villager

NURMAHAL 2 MARCH 
The Bilga Pur police have booked a villager on the charge of assaulting co-villager.

Investigating Officer (IO)Vijay Kumar said that the accused has been identified as Jaswindar Singh alias Jindar a resident of Mehsam Pur village.

Buta Singh a resident of the same village, complained to the police that the accused attacked him with a spade (kahi)and seriously injured  and threatened him

IO said a case under sections 126 (wrongful restraint), 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt) 351(2,3) (criminal conspiracy) of the BNS been registered against the accused.
