Two miscreants booked for snatching, firing

NAKODAR 27 FEBRUARY 

The Nakodar City police have booked two miscreants on the charges of snatching and firing.

Yushant Goyal a resident of Sabaji Mandi complained to the police he along with his friend came to bus stand on motorcycle (PB-24-C-8701) on February 27 late evening and were waiting for a bus coming from Jalandhar which was carrying his shop’s items.

Goyal said two unidentified accused on foot came near his motorcycle and snatched two-wheeler at pistol point by firing on ground and fled away.

Investigating Officer Sukhwindar Singh said a case under sections 304 (2) (snatching )3(5) (committing crime with common intention) of the BNS and section 25/27 of the Arms Act has been registered against unidentified accused.
