Firearm, drug case ,fourth accused arrested

SHAHKOT 23 FEBRUARY 

The Shahkot police have arrested fourth accused in a case of firearm and drug.

Sation House officer (IO) Balwindar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Gurvindar Singh son of Shinga Singh a resident of Kot Esse Khan in Moga.

SHO said that the accused has purchased heroin from drug peddlers  Surindar Pal Singh alias Shinda son of Amarjit a resident of Punian village, Ravindar Udhe son of Lalkveer a resident of Haarian village under Nakodar Sadar police station and Gurpreet Singh son of Budh Singh a resident of Beetalan village under Mehat Pur police station and gave them a pistol.

SHO said the accused has been nominated in a case under sections 25(1-B) (a) /54/59 of the Arms Act and sections 21/29/61/85 of the NDPS Act.
