Three drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act 
NURMAHAL/SHAHKOT 11 FEBRUARY

 The Nurmahal   police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets. Station House Officer (SHO) P.S.Ghumann   said that 65 intoxicant tablets were   recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Manoj Kumar alias Manu son of Ashok Kumar a resident of Batura village.

SHO said that   a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.

The Bilga police arrested drug peddler Arash Deep   son of Resham Singh of Burj Hassan village with 21 intoxicant tablets said IO Avtar Lal.

 The Shahkot police arrested drug peddler Gurpreet Ram son of Darshan Lal  of Kotla Suraj Mall village with10 intoxicant tablets said IO Jagdev Singh
