Fraud fraud-accused PO arrested after 11 years.

The Bilga police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) absconding for the last elevon. Investigating officer Charanjit Singh said that the accused has been identified as Kashmir Singh son of Narainn Singh, a resident of Talwann village and wanted in a case of fraud registered in July 2013 and was declared PO in 2014.
