Tractor driver booked for causing death by negligence

NAKODAR 4 NOVEMBER

 The Mehat Pur police have booked a tractor driver on charges of causing death by negligence, and rash driving.

Investigating Officer (IO) Amrik Singh said that the accused has been identified as Ravi Kumar son of Balwindar Kumar a resident of Kayam

Som Pal a resident of Rajo Wal village complained to the police that the accused was driving his tractor trolley negligently and rash and killed his brother Balbir Kumar

 IO said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on public road) of the BNS  has been registered against the accused.
