Malsian resident arrested for culpable homicide

SHAHKOT 19 SEPTEMBER

The Shahkot police have arrested a person on the charge of culpable homicide.

Investigating Officer (IO) Buta Ram said that the accused has been identified as Jaswindar Singh alias Hoshiar Puri son of Dalbir Singh, a resident of Dabri colony Malsian village.

Kajal wife of Eklov a resident of Pati Laksian Malsian village, has complained to the police that the accused administered some poisonous substances to her husband and killed him.

IO said a case under sections 105(culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the BNS was registered against the accused.
