Three unidentified miscreants booked for snatching scooter

NAKODAR 3 SEPTEMBER 

The Nakodar City police have booked three unidentified miscreants on charges of snatching a scooter.

Dinesh Kumar, a resident of Mohalla Dheeran Nakodar, complained to the police that three unidentified accused snatched his scooter at the point of a sharp-edged weapon.

Investigating officer Subash Kumar said that a case under section 309(4) (robbery ) and 3(5) (committing a crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.

These two incidents of snatching have created a sense of insecurity among residents and put a question mark on the police.
