Unidentified booked for causing death by negligence.

NURMAHAL 25 AUGUST 

 The Nurmahal police have booked an unidentified driver on charges of causing death by negligence, rash driving, and mischief.

Gurmukh Singh, a resident of Sunnerr Kalan, a village, complained to the police that an unidentified driver was driving his vehicle fast and negligently, and hit his son Jasdeep Singh’s motorcycle and killed him

  Investigating Officer Davindar Singh said that a case under sections 3106 (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on a public road), and 324(mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused.
