Shahkot villager arrested for selling illicit liquor.

NAKODAR 16 AUGUST 

 The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a person for selling illicit country-made liquor. Investigating Officer Amandeep Singh said that 32 bottles of hooch were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Manga Singh, a resident of Thamu Wal village in Shahkot.   A case under Sections 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused.
