Two drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act 
NURMAHAL /NAKODAR 4 AUGUST 

   The Bilga police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

Investigating Officer (IO) Avtar Lal said that 75 intoxicant tablets (loose ) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Davinder Pal, son of Balwindar Kumar, a resident of Pati Mehanna Bilga village.

IO said that a case under sections 22/ 61 / 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.

The Nakodar Sadar police also arrested a drug peddler, Paramjit Kumar alias Billa, son of Balwindar Singh alias Manni, son of Harnek Singh, a resident of Kang Sahibu village, with 23 intoxicant tablets, said IO Kulwindar   Singh.
