Four booked for assaulting Nakodar resident

NAKODAR 22 JULY 

 The Nakodar City police have booked four persons on charges of assaulting a Nakodar resident.

Investigating Officer (IO) Rajindar Pal Singh said that the accused have been identified as Manni, his brother Raman, Babla, and Harman, all residents of Mohalla Rehmann Pura

Rohit, a resident of the same locality, complained to the police that the accused had assaulted him on August 17, 2024

IO said that a daily dairy report was registered, but no compromise was reached, and a case under sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1) (voluntarily causing grievous hurt ), and 3(5) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
