Unidentified booked for stealing cash, jewellery

NAKODAR 4 DECEMBER 

 The Nakodar city police have booked unidentified persons on the charge of stealing cash and jewellery from a house.

Krishan Kumar a resident of Mohalla Rannjit Nagar Nakodar here complained to the police that thieves barged into his house on December 2 and stole Rs1 Lakh cash and golden and silver jewellary.

Investigating Officer Hans Raj said that a case under sections 454 (lurking house-trespass) and 380(theft in dwelling house) of the IPC has been registered against the unidentified accused.
