Unidentified vehicle driver booked for rash driving

NURMAHAL 13 SEPTEMBER 

 The Nurmahal police have booked an unidentified vehicle driver on charges of rash driving and mischief.

Jatindar Kumar a resident of Bajuha Khurd village in Nakodar complained to the police that the accused was driving his vehicle very fast and September 7 and hit his brother Vijay Kumar electronic two-wheeler near Cheema Chowk on Phillaur -Nurmahal road and seriously injuring him and damaged vehicle.

Investigating officer Subash Chandar said that a case under sections 281(rash driving on public highway),125(a-b) (causing grievous hurt) and 427(mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified driver.
