Two drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

SHAHKOT/NAKODAR 23 AUGUST 

The Shahkot police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling heroin.

 Investigating officer (IO)Parwindar Singh said that 4.47 grams heroin were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Sikandar Singh son of Dev Narayann a resident of Said Pur Jhirri village,

IO said that   a case under sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act has   been registered against the accused.

The Nakodar City police arrested drug peddler Lakhveer son of Sarabjit Ram a resident of Dherian village with 28 intoxicant tablets(loose)  said SHO Harmindar Singh.
