Unidentified booked for snatching woman’s ornaments

NAKODAR 11 AUGUST 

The Nakodar city police have booked two unidentified miscreants on charges of snatching a woman’s ornaments.

Yunas Masih, a resident of Gandharan village, complained to the police that two unidentified accused snatched his daughter-in-law’s earrings and gold chain at the point of a pistol-like weapon.

Investigating officer Sukhdev Singh said that a case under section 309(4) (robbery) and 3(5) (committing a crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against an unidentified accused.
