Unidentified driver booked for causing death by negligence

NAKODAR 23 JULY 

The Nakodar City police  have booked an unidentified vehicle driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.

Sandeep Kaur a resident of Sango Wal village under Mehat Pur police station, complained to the police that an unidentified vehicle driver was driving fast and negligently and hit her son’s motorcycle on July 21 night, resulting in his death, who was an employee of the Punjab police.

Investigating Officer Rup Singh said that a case under sections 106- (causing death by negligence),281(rash driving) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against unidentified accused.
