Drug peddler arrested under NDPS Act

SHAHKOT 23 JULY 

The Shahkot police have arrested a drug peddler for selling heroin.

Investigating Officer (IO) Amandeep Singh said that 6.28 grams of heroin were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Harpreet Singh alias Happy, son of Baljit Singh a resident of Bau Pur village

IO stated that a case has been registered under sections 21/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
