One arrested, three booked for culpable homicide

NURMAHAL 20 JULY 

 

The Bilga police have arrested one person and booked three others on charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Station House Officer (SHO ) Dilbag Singh said that the accused have been identified as Neeraj Kumar alias Neer son of Vijay Kumar (arrested ) a resident of Meon Wal village ,and his accomplices Guri Nayee son of Balkar Singh of the same village Honey son of Chaman Lal and Jaswant son of Piara residents of the same village .

Surindar Kaur wife of the deceased Hussan Lal a resident of Mao Sahib village complained to the police that the accused taken her husband from house on July 18 and

administered some intoxicant drug or poisonous substance to her husband which caused his death

SHO said a case under section 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 3(5) (committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused and raids are being conducted to nab other three absconding accused.
