Villager arrested for assault, house trespass

The Lohian Khas police have arrested a villager on the charge of assault and house tress pass.

Investigating Officer (IO) Kashmir Singh said that the accused has been identified as Ashok Kumar a resident of Pipply villages.

Prem Singh a resident of Ismail Pur village had complained to the police that the accused and his accomplices barged into his house assaulted him, his wife and mother and ransacked many household items.

IO said a case under sections 332(b) 333(house trespass after preparation for assault )115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt) 351(2) (criminal intimidation) 324(mischief) 190 ,191(2) (rioting unlawful assembly) of the BNS was registered against the accused and many others including women.
