Two drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

NURMAHAL 3 JUNE

The Nurmahal police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

Station House officer (IO)Labh Singh said that 29 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Gurveer Singh son of Santokh Singh a resident of Kandola Kalan village,

SHO said that   a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has   been registered against the accused.

The Bilga  police arrested drug peddler Sharan Deep Singh alias Pamma son of Kaka Singh a resident of Ludhiana and residing at Bhode village with 29 intoxicant tablets and booked his accomplice Kamal of the same village who manged to flee said IO Kulwinder Singh .
