Ludhiana car driver arrested for causing death by negligence

 The Bilga police have arrested a car driver on charges of causing death by negligence, rash driving on public road and mischief.

 Investigating officer (IO) Bagicha Singh said the accused has been identified as Bittu Kumar son of Pappu Kumar, a resident of Gobind Nagar, Machhi Warra in Ludhiana.

Amarjit Singh a resident of Mohalla Aabad Pura Phillaur complained to the police that the accused was driving his car negligently and fast  hit his brother Kuldeep Singh ‘s E-Vehicle resulting in his death.

 IO said a case under sections 106-A (causing death by negligence), 281 (rash driving on public roads) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
