Three booked for damaging woman’s house  in village

NURMAHAL 16 FEBRUARY 

The Bilga police have booked three miscreants for damaging a woman’s house in a village.

Investigating Officer (IO) Charanjit Singh said the accused has been identified as Gurmit Singh Walia, son of Jasveer Singh a resident of Pati Bhilai , Bilga village and his two unidentified accomplices.

Jasveer Kaur wife of Raghuveer Singh a resident of Kandola Kalan village, complained to the police that the accused came in front of the house and damaged the door and smashed the windowpanes.

IO said a case under sections 331(4) (lurking house trespass),351(2) (3)(criminal intimidation),324(4) (mischief), 62( commit offences with life imprisonment) and 3(5)( committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
