Unidentified miscreants booked for robbery

SHAHKOT 14 AUGUST 

The Shahkot police have booked unidentified miscreants on the charge of robbery and criminal conspiracy.

Mukesh Kumar, a resident of Jalala Bad village in Moga, complained to the police that five unidentified accused carrying firearms barged into his poultry farm in a Shahkot village on 12 August, detained his servant, beat him, stole ducks, and duck feed.

Investigating Officer Sukhwindar Singh said a case under sections 309(4) (robbery), 127(2) (wrongful confinement), and 61(2) (criminal conspiracy) of the BNS and sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act have been registered against unidentified accused.
