Two Moga resdents arrested  for endangering life , firing

 NURMAHAL 17 JUNE 

The Bilga police have arrested two Moga residents on charges of endangering life and firing.

Investigating Officer (IO) Vijay Kumar said that the accused have been identified as

Lovpreet Singh alias lovely son of Rurra Ram a resident of Sangla village under Dharam Kot police station Moga and Vikramjit Singh alias Kalu son of Nirmal Singh a resident of Kamalke Khurd village under Dharam Kot police station Moga

Jasveer Singh a resident of Burj Hassan village, had complained to the police that the accused and his accomplices had fired at his main gate during the night, intending to kill his family.

IO said that a case under section 125(Act endangering life or personal safety of others) 61(2)(criminal conspiracy) 351(2)(3) (  criminal intimidation) of the BNS and sections
25/27/59 /of the Arms Act was registered against the accused.
