Two criminals arrested for running illegal de-addiction centers, cheating   

SHAHKOT 1 JUNE

The Shahkot police have arrested two criminals on charges of running illegal de-addiction drug centers and cheating.

Shahkot Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Onkar Singh Brar said that the arrested criminals have been identified as Indarjit Singh, alias president son of Piara Singh, a resident of Dhado Wal village, and Mandeep Singh, son of Darshan Singh, a resident of Billi Chao village

DSP said the accused ran illegal de-addiction centers at Dhando Wal village and Bajwa Kalan village adding that cases under sections 318(4)(cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property ), 127(4) (wrongful confinement for ten or more days ) 223(disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant ), and 61(2)(criminal conspiracy) of the BNS was registered against the accused.DSP said three criminals were arrested earlier, and nine are absconding.
