Hoshiar Pur youth arrested for kidnapping girl
NURMAHAL 24 APRIL
The Bilga police arrested Jasveer Singh laddi a resident of Kaleech Pur Kalota village in Hoshiar Pur with kidnapping, inducing girl to compel her to marriage.
Investigating Officer Navdeep Kaur said that a case under sections 137(2) (kidnapping) and 87(kidnapping or abducting in order to murder or ransom) of the BNS was registered against the accused.
