Two arrested for selling illicit liquor
NAKODAR 17 MARCH
The Mehat Pur police have arrested two persons on charge of selling illicit liquor. Investigating Officer Baljindar Singh said 250 litters of hooch were seized from possession of the accused identified as Amrik Singh a resident of Vehran village and Sangram Singh a resident of Nakerian village under Arniwal police station in Fazilka and impounded a motor cycle A case under sections 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act was registered against the accused.
